§ For fleet operators

The audit trail and offline grace your weekend shift actually needs.

Validated IAPWS-IF97 + EN 12952 calculators, a per-org boiler register with full audit trail, and a PWA that keeps working when the boiler house Wi-Fi doesn’t. Built for the way fleets actually run.

Who this is for

Multi-site fleet operators

One register for every boiler across every site. Audit-grade efficiency, capacity and emissions runs that survive a regulator visit.

EHS / compliance leads

Per-org audit log of every saved calculation. Signed PDFs with a reproducibility hash — your inspector reproduces the number, not your faith in a spreadsheet.

Reliability & retrofit engineers

Run derate triage at the boiler door, on a tablet, with no signal. Sync the moment the network reappears. Up to 7 days of grace by default.

§ I — How fleets use Dynamica

Three patterns we see most.

Biomass derate triage on a wet-fuel month

Combustion + heat-transfer + ash chemistry across 14 fuel-blend candidates. One PDF for the operations review, one URL the procurement team can open.

Scheduled boiler test runs

Direct and indirect efficiency per EN 12952, three units back-to-back. Inputs locked to the test report, outputs timestamped and signed for the QA group.

Retrofit ROI screening

Reheat addition vs. economizer addition vs. air-preheater coil. Three scenarios, one printable comparison, IF97 hash embedded for the lender's engineer.

§ II — The fleet edge

Three things spreadsheets won’t do.

The capabilities every multi-site operator eventually rebuilds out of pivot tables and shared drives — already there, already audited.

Offline-first PWA · 7-day grace

Save calcs at the boiler. The PWA queues your work and syncs the moment a network reappears. 7 days of grace by default; longer windows on Enterprise.

Per-org boiler register + audit trail

Per-org boiler register with audit trail — built for compliance, not spreadsheets. Every calc references a registered boiler; every change is logged.

Project workspaces

Scope work as “Acme Mill Retrofit 2026” — calcs, fuels, notes, files and Ask Dynamica chats stay together. Per-project visibility for client work.

§ V — Frequently asked

For the procurement memo.

How does the offline grace window actually work?

The app is a Progressive Web App. When you lose connectivity, every calculation is saved to the device and tagged for sync. By default you have 7 days of offline grace before the app prompts you to reconnect; Enterprise plans can extend that window to fit your remote-site reality.

Can different sites or clients see each other's data?

No. Boilers and projects are scoped to your organization, and project membership is row-level enforced. A consultant working on Site A doesn't see Site B's boilers, even within the same org.

What if we need more than 10 seats?

Above 10 seats moves you to Enterprise — unlimited seats, SAML SSO, custom offline grace window, full audit log with CSV export, DPA and SLA. Starts at $25,000/yr.

Can we export everything if we leave?

Yes. Calculations, history, fuel library, boiler register and uploaded files all export as a single archive (JSON + CSV + PDF). No lock-in, no extraction fee.

Bring your fleet onto one register.

Free tier opens immediately, no card. When you’re ready, Team scales per seat and Enterprise covers the whole estate.
