1. What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you create an account (name and email), the engineering cases you save while using the application, and basic operational telemetry needed to keep the service running (request logs, error reports).

2. Why we collect it

To run your account, to keep your saved cases available across sessions and devices, and to investigate incidents. We do not sell personal data, and we do not show third-party advertising.

3. Where it lives

Customer data is stored in EU-region infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Fleet data for Team customers is isolated per tenant with row-level access control.

4. Your rights

You can export, correct or delete your data at any time from the account settings, or by writing to privacy@dynamicathermalscience.com. We respond to GDPR requests within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie for authentication. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

6. Marketing analytics

On the public marketing site (this domain) we record anonymous funnel events to measure how the site performs and to run A/B experiments on copy and calls-to-action. For each event we store: the event name (e.g. landing_view, cta_click), a random session identifier generated in your browser, your assigned experiment variants, the UTM parameters of the link that brought you here, the referring domain, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address used only to de-duplicate visits. We do not store names, emails, account identifiers, or the content of any calculation. Data is retained for 90 days. To opt out, enable your browser's Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signal or block /api/public/events/log.
